Poll – Plans for F2P Launch?

As I start to plan things out a bit, I was curious what others were thinking of doing with their Turbine points when the system launches.  So I’m tossing out a quick poll for people, and if you have some other thoughts feel free to share them in the comments.  I’ll be sharing my roadmap here shortly.

  1. I think, though this may change, that I will save up my points to buy the next expansion whenever it comes out. I don’t think that there is anything in particular that I will need or want to buy with my points. That said, money tends to burn a hole in my pocket, so I would not be surprised if I don’t end up spending every single Turbine point I have on something that I don’t really need.

    • That was my original plan, but I’m pretty sure with virtues, stats, and storage I will rip through points pretty quick. Although the Wardrobe will help out a great deal on my storage issues.

  2. I went through all the points I got in beta very quickly. So I may need to pull out the credit card to max 3 virtues & buy at least a few of the stat tomes.

  3. I am going to see what my options are. I have only been paying a little bit of attention to what is offered. I will see how many points I have and how much things are. Increasing some virtues may be in order on some of my newer toons since I really have no desire to farm worms in angmar ever again.

I may check out some of the storage options and a new character slot, Ive been tempted to decon my guard, since I have lost interest in him at level 40…. and roll a RK. However, I would hate to lose all that work in case I decide to return to that class.

Therefore I voted ‘no clue’ since it will all kinda depend on how much stuff is going to cost me and if its worth it. May wait a while before I spend anything unless it is just a must have item…

    • I’m basing mine off the last BR build but will do some quick checking to make sure things haven’t changed too much 🙂

I’m pretty sure about deeds as I hear ya on the Angmar worms 🙂
